An first-class reminder from Toby Morris nearly how or in addition to thus people--more in addition to more, it seems--end upwards where they are. I'm lamentable to say, simply I encounter an awful lot of the left-hand plate attitudes from people inwards leadership positions inwards hospitals--a belief that they deserve to survive where they are, relative to those who've led less privileged lives.
